Since I joined the All Valley Pet Hospital, I have experienced expertise in their handling of our fur babies. KeeKee Bear is a diabetic and had fluctuating glucose levels, since she was a new patient it took weekly checks to make sure her levels were stable. They suggested we leave her at the hospital for a week, which we did. The levels stabilized. They took me to the back room and showed me how to give a shot to her back. I am so grateful to have learned how to do this. As I was having problems financially, they have me a $200. discount. Talk about compassion and understanding. I didn't take in enough food or needles. They also took care of that. The technician's and receptionists are outstanding with customer service, very pleasant. Also, the upgraded Insulin and Needles were what was needed. Also, their dental prices are better than their competitors during the month of February and during the year. But most of all, their compassion and understanding are what captured my heart#
